Robert Rivers
Founder & Principal
Robert is a seasoned research analyst consultant having provided strategic advice to leaders across municipal, provincial and federal governments. He has experience working laterally amongst the academic, industry, political and policy realms. During his time on Parliament Hill, he advised on the passage of the Cannabis Act, UNDRIP and several landmark budgets during the COVID-19 pandemic. His experience working with biopolymer engineering firms has led to extensive support from industry and governments to advance the development of these materials.

Victor has decades of research leadership experience in strategic market engagement across a variety of industries. His advice and research findings have informed the policies and direction of fortune 500 companies, governments, NGOs, media houses, and small businesses. His multidisciplinary work has been featured in the Financial Post, Globe and Mail, and many others. He has conducted studies in Eastern Europe, the United Kingdom, Canada and the US.
Victor received his PhD in anthropology focused on cultural evolution, social and organizational change from the University of Toronto.
